I'm not really one to make New Years resolutions. However, I think this year I might make one.
This year I want to get in shape. As I prepare to go to Papua New Guinea I know that I need to be in better shape then I am. Especially since my physical activity will be more then it is now. I will be doing a lot more walking/hiking and swimming.
However I'm trying to figure about how to go about it. Winter isn't the best time to start to get in shape, because it's usually too cold to do anything outside. But the thing is that I don't really have a whole lot of room to do anything inside my house and I don't want to pay for a membership to a fitness center.
I walk to and from work everyday but I want to do more. I am wondering if anyone might have any ideas as to what I could do.
