Today I had the joy of being back at my church in Sioux Falls. It was so great to be back and see so many familiar faces and make some new friends.
One of my friends for when I lived in Sioux Falls during college came to hear me share. It was so great to see Amy again.
We went out for lunch and introduced my brother to Ethiopian food. If you have never had it, you need to, it is so good!!
Day 16
This whole road trip I have been experiencing a lot of flash backs to my time traveling with Youth Encounter. Today we were driving through a part of Wisconsin that my team drove through a lot. So it was fun to see familiar places all along the way.
This road trip also has given my brother a little taste of what it was like for me while traveling with Youth Encounter, like what it's like to stay with different people every couple of days and living out of a suite case.
On top of that, we headed to my friend Katie's house today in Milwaukee, WI. I know Katie from Youth Encounter. It is so great to see her again and catch up. The thing I love about Youth Encounter is all the great people you meet and become life long friends with.
